The reason for our get together was to spend time with my aunt & uncle.
They have been very ill lately and my aunt says,
This might be the last time we all get to see each other. This is my father’s sister.
We had not been in tough for over 40 years.
But after my father died we have since then we have become very close.
She is a very wonderful person.
I only wish we had been given the chance to get to know each other sooner.
And her 4 children are all around my age. We are more like Brothers and sisters then cousins.
I can’t help but wonder what it would have been like to grow up with them.
We all sat around and the table talking about the past.
We laughed until we cried and we cried until we laughed again.
It’s funny how life turns out. Life makes a complete circle.
I was 4 years old when I last seen them.
And since we came back in contact with each other it’s like we have never been apart.
